How long is shipping?
DUE TO COVID-19 Processing time is currently 3-10 business days+ the USPS shipping time after the package had been dropped off. Shipping times may vary, I will be sure to send updates and tracking with your order.
Can you eat it?
No please don't EAT any of our products, it is not fir human consumption.
Melting Butters
We have approached warmer outside Coco babes, we which means the weather is out of our control. However, we can help avoid the possibility of melting butter. It's not a guarantee of NO MELTING BUTTERS. Please keep in mind during transit it id a possibility. We advise removal of order from mailboxes, porches, select delivery location upon arrival. Simply allow it to naturally solidify at room temperature , fridge & continue use. If your butter is completely liquid no worries, product is still useful allow it to solidify at room temperature and it will be ready to use . Butter will slightly hardened, so to your preference remove the butter from the container and mix it with an electric mixer for more fluffy consistency.

My order says delivered but it is not here, why?
If This situation ever occurs contact your local post office with your tracking information, Coco Skin Therapy is assuring your tracking with every order, and updates as your orders are being packaged. We take pride in packaging your orders within lots of love and care, however, after your package is taken to the post office
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

Order cancellation Policy:
Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied.
INVALID ADDRESS
We are no longer GUARANTEEING the correction of addresses. YOUR ADDRESS MUST BE CORRECT AT CHECKOUT. even if an email is sent by us. Therefore, be sure to input the CORRECT ADDRESS UPON CHECKOUT. If we send an email and there is no response. Your order will be canceled and refunded, minus a restocking fee up to *25% of the order. As your order would have already been packaged and prepared for shipment.
